Information collected automatically

Property search and MLS listing data

The property search on this Site is powered by a third-party IDX provider and displays listing data supplied by Stellar MLS. If you create an account, save a search, or save a favorite within the property search, the IDX provider collects and stores that activity, and it may be shared with Monica Karcz so that relevant listings and follow-up can be provided.

Listing information displayed on the Site is provided exclusively for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing. Listing data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate.

How information is used

Information collected through the Site is used to:

respond to your questions and requests;
provide real estate brokerage services to you;
prepare home value estimates and market analyses you request;
send listings, market updates, and newsletters you have asked to receive;
schedule and coordinate property tours and appointments;

How information is shared

Your information is not sold. It may be shared in the following circumstances:

With Redfin, the brokerage under which real estate services are provided, as required to deliver those services and to meet brokerage recordkeeping obligations.
With service providers who operate the Site and related tools on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management, and the IDX property search provider. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
With transaction participants when you are actively buying or selling, which may include the cooperating agent and brokerage, title or escrow companies, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys involved in your transaction.
With third-party professionals you ask to be referred to, such as a lender or home inspector. Your information is shared with them only when you request a referral or agree to an introduction.
